Each session is a 50-minute, all-levels Pilates class focused on strength, mindful movement, and full-body reset. Stay after to enjoy themed treats and connection with our Blue Heron and Live WELLthier community
Themes:
Pilates & Pampering (May 12th) ~ Move, unwind, and create.
Enjoy a beginner-friendly Pilates class followed by a relaxing bath salt-making experience using essential oils and dried botanicals. Leave feeling refreshed—with your own custom self-care blend to take home.

Pilates & Pastries (May 15th) ~ Move, indulge, and enjoy.
